ABOUT

HI, I’M SAIURYS

I am a wife, a mother, a therapist, a coach, and a mentor , roles that stretch me, refine me, and fill my life with deep purpose. Each one has shaped the way I show up in the world. I know what it feels like to hold responsibility, to carry love and pressure at the same time, and to grow through both the beautiful and the difficult seasons.

Motherhood has taught me surrender. Marriage has taught me humility and partnership. Clinical work has taught me how to hold space for pain without trying to rush healing. Coaching has taught me how powerful clarity and intentional action can be. And mentoring has reminded me that leadership is not about having all the answers it’s about walking with others as they discover their own strength.

Through my own journey, I’ve learned that no two lives are the same. Every person carries a story shaped by experiences, wounds, victories, faith, doubt, and resilience. And those stories deserve to be honored, not rushed or compared.

I believe healing is not about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to who you were always created to be. It’s about untangling the lies, the fear, the expectations, and reconnecting with truth , truth about your identity, your worth, and your purpose.

Because I am both clinically trained and deeply rooted in faith, I approach my work with balance. I understand trauma, attachment, emotional regulation, and systems. I also understand surrender, prayer, spiritual warfare, and the quiet work God does in hidden seasons. I don’t separate the emotional from the spiritual I see how intricately they are woven together.

What makes life meaningful is not perfection it is awareness. It is growth. It is choosing to show up even when it feels uncomfortable. When we acknowledge our story with honesty and grace, healing begins. Clarity comes. Confidence builds. And in sharing our journey authentically, we give others permission to do the same.

My work is rooted in creating safe, intentional spaces where you can slow down, reflect, and breathe. Spaces where you don’t have to perform. Spaces where your questions are welcome. Spaces where your faith can grow without shame, and your emotions can be processed without judgment.

I am here to walk with you as you untangle what feels heavy, strengthen what feels weak, and cultivate what feels dormant. To help you renew your mind, regulate your emotions, deepen your faith, and build a life that feels aligned not chaotic.

Your story is not random. Your growth is not accidental. And your healing is not out of reach.

If you are ready to do the inner work with intention and faith, I am ready to walk alongside you.

MY PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY

MY PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY *

My journey into this work began with a deep desire to understand people , their stories, their pain, their resilience, and their hope. In 2020, I graduated from The City College of New York with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, but more than earning a degree, I discovered my calling: to walk alongside others in their healing.

Soon after, I was honored to be accepted into New York University’s School of Social Work, where I earned my Master’s in Social Work (MSW). My time at NYU strengthened not only my clinical skills, but my commitment to serving individuals and families with compassion, cultural humility, and integrity.

Over the years, I’ve worked closely with both children and adults through internships and intensive trainings. I’ve supported families navigating crisis, helped implement behavior management strategies, and provided emotional support during some of their most vulnerable seasons. I’ve completed DHS, trauma-informed, and anti-racism trainings to ensure that my approach is thoughtful, aware, and responsive to the real-life systems impacting the people I serve.

Most recently, I had the privilege of serving as Program Director for Support for Shelter Children in NYC. This role was especially meaningful to me. I supervised and mentored a team of dedicated counselors as we supported students and families experiencing housing instability. We worked together to enroll children in schools, coordinate transportation, and connect families to after-school and recreational programs that restored a sense of normalcy and dignity. Through weekly supervision and bi-weekly team meetings, I poured into my staff the same way I pour into my clients making sure they felt seen, supported, and empowered to do this important work.

Alongside my professional path, my faith has remained the foundation of everything I do. I am currently in my final year pursuing a degree in Christian Theology at the Instituto Teológico y Ministerial Peña de Horeb. Studying theology has deepened my understanding of Jesus, strengthened my spiritual discipline, and shaped the way I hold space for others with grace, truth, and hope.

This work is not just my profession. It is my calling. It is the intersection of clinical skill, leadership, lived experience, and faith all woven together to serve with both competence and heart.

MY MISSION

YOU MAY NOT KNOW…

YOU MAY NOT KNOW… *

I love art and photography - noticing light, detail, and the quiet emotions within a single frame. It reminds me to slow down and honor the present moment.

  1. Writing is my favorite creative outlet. It’s where I process, reflect, pray, and translate heavy thoughts into clarity and hope.

  2. I listen to a lot of classical music. The depth, movement, and emotion within each composition mirrors life , tension, release, softness, strength.

  3. Creativity is not separate from my work; it shapes how I hold space. I approach healing with both structure and sensitivity.

  4. I believe healing is both clinical and creative , grounded in skill, yet deeply human and expressive.

  5. The same attentiveness I bring to art, writing, and music is the same presence I bring to every session , thoughtful, intentional, and fully engaged.

My mission is to guide you in reconnecting with your true self, a journey of self-discovery where you can identify patterns, habits, and behaviors that no longer serve your highest good. Life often teaches us lessons through both old wounds and current experiences, and understanding these behaviors, both past and present is essential to building stronger, healthier attachments to ourselves and to others.

I am here to help you break free from the mental and emotional blockages that can keep you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. These blockages may show up as fear, self-doubt, anxiety, or even recurring patterns that prevent you from living the full, abundant life that God designed for you. As Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us: “For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and to give you hope and a future.” My work is to help you align with that divine purpose, to step fully into the life that reflects God’s vision for you.

Together, we will work to define your goals, create actionable steps, and cultivate discernment so that you can navigate life with clarity, confidence, and intentionality. But beyond goals and plans, my deepest desire is to help you pour love into your own vessel, just as Jesus poured love into ours, so that you can experience healing, restoration, and freedom from within.

This space is sacred. It is a place where you can be fully vulnerable, where you can release your worries, anxieties, and fears without judgment or shame. You are not alone in this journey. I am here to walk alongside you, to hold space for you, and to remind you that even in the moments of struggle, God’s love and guidance are ever-present. Together, we will uncover strength you may not have realized you had, transform pain into purpose, and glorify God through the healing and growth that unfolds.

My mission is more than guidance, it is a partnership in faith, love, and transformation, a safe place where your heart can be heard, your spirit nurtured, and your life aligned with the freedom, joy, and abundance that is your divine inheritance.
