The Rested Woman is a 6-month faith-led, trauma-informed group program designed for women who are ready to step out of exhaustion and into peace, clarity, and spiritual alignment. This cohort meets biweekly to allow time for reflection, practice, and integration between sessions.
This program is a natural next step for listeners of The Rested Woman Podcast, where we explore faith, rest, mental wellness, and emotional healing. The cohort meets biweekly, allowing time for reflection, practice, and real integration between sessions. The Rested Woman is a space where healing is slow, intentional, and led by God. Together, we will:
We will pray deeply and intentionally, inviting God into every layer of our healing and restoration. We will audit our lives with honesty and compassion, uncovering what’s been weighing us down and discerning what needs to be released or realigned. We will build health rhythms and habits that honor our bodies, minds, and spirits, moving away from survival and into sustainable care.
Throughout this journey, you will learn how to identify and let go of what no longer serves you, creating space for peace, clarity, and renewal. You’ll be supported as you position your life in alignment, allowing God to do the work only He can do. Together, we will release fear, guilt, and self-doubt, and you’ll be gently guided to make the hard decisions with courage and discernment.
This experience also honors progress—not perfection. We will celebrate every step forward, even the small wins, because each step toward rest is a victory. You’ll learn how to create boundaries that protect your peace and honor your calling, without guilt or over-explaining.
Ultimately, this journey invites you to embrace a life that is fully alive, not just busy, not just productive, but rested, whole, grounded, and thriving.
