Before you continue, I want you to know something: you are not here by accident.

Maybe you have been carrying a heaviness that you cannot fully explain. Maybe you are the woman who smiles, shows up, takes care of everyone around you, and yet quietly wonders,

“Why do I still feel so empty?”

Dear woman,

Maybe you have cried tears that no one has seen. Maybe you have felt disconnected from yourself, from your joy, from your purpose, or even from the woman you used to be. Maybe you look at your life and know there is more, but you don’t know how to get there. You feel stuck, exhausted, and unsure of what steps to take next.

Maybe you have spent years pouring into others while forgetting how to pour into yourself. Maybe you struggle with knowing your worth, trusting yourself, setting boundaries, or believing that the life you desire is still possible for you.

And maybe, deep down, you have been longing for someone to help you understand what is happening within you—to help you heal, to help you reconnect with yourself, and to remind you of who God created you to be.

I want you to know that the Lord sees you. He sees the parts of your story that no one else sees. He sees the questions, the pain, the longing, and the desire in your heart for something to change.

I believe you are here because the Lord is gently inviting you into a season of healing, growth, and transformation.

This coaching experience was created for the woman who is ready to stop going in circles, who desires support and guidance, and who knows she cannot continue carrying everything alone. This is a space where we will work together to understand yourself more deeply, uncover the patterns that have kept you stuck, strengthen your emotional well-being, and begin taking intentional steps toward the woman you were created to be.

Through this experience, I bring together my clinical training, my passion for helping women understand themselves and heal, and my faith in God to create a space where emotional and spiritual growth can happen together. We will incorporate practical tools, self-reflection, and biblical principles to help you gain clarity, break through what has been keeping you stuck, and begin walking forward with intention and purpose.

As you complete this application, I invite you to be honest and open. You do not have to have everything figured out. You do not have to show up with perfect answers. Just come as you are.

HI I’M SAIURYS

I support women in healing patterns, strengthening resilience, and building a life that feels regulated and aligned.

I’m a mental health professional with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families through healing, transition, and emotional restoration. My work is trauma-informed, clinically grounded, and deeply compassionate, integrating therapeutic tools with faith and identity work.

But beyond my credentials, I’m also a wife, a mother, and a woman who deeply values slow mornings, honest conversations, and creating spaces that feel safe to exhale.

The heart of my work is helping you come home to yourself.

I help you let go of what’s been holding you back, find calm in the midst of life’s chaos, and create boundaries that honor your wellbeing.

I bring both years of clinical experience and my own life lessons, walking alongside you as you slow down, live with intention, and reconnect with the steadiness and clarity you deserve.
