  • About

    Bloom is a 3-month support group for girls ages 13-17 created to help teen girls build emotional awareness, self-confidence, and healthy coping tools all within a nurturing, judgment-free environment.

    Each week, participants come together to:

    Learn how to identify, understand, and manage emotions

    Build self-esteem and a positive self-image

    Strengthen communication and boundary-setting skills

    Explore stress management, anxiety, and healthy relationships

    Connect with peers who understand and uplift one another

    Through open discussion, creative exercises, and guided reflection, participants gain tools to navigate real-life challenges and grow in emotional resilience. The group is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and compassion-centered, encouraging every girl to feel seen, heard, and supported as she learns to thrive.

  • Purpose

    The Teen Girls Support Group: “Bloom ” was created to give adolescent girls a safe, compassionate, and structured space to process emotions, share experiences, and strengthen their sense of self.

    Adolescence can be a time of rapid change, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. Many girls navigate anxiety, self-esteem struggles, peer pressure, family conflict, and questions about identity. This group provides a therapeutic community where they can find understanding, learn practical coping skills, and experience the power of connection and support.

    Grounded in a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, the group helps participants:

    Build self-awareness by identifying emotions, triggers, and internal needs.

    Develop emotional regulation skills to manage stress, anxiety, and mood changes.

    Explore identity and self-worth apart from external validation or comparison.

    Strengthen communication and boundaries to foster healthy relationships.

    Experience belonging and support through shared stories and guided reflection.

    Cultivate resilience and hope, learning that healing and growth happen in community.

    While the group is it’s also intentionally nurturing , encouraging authenticity, vulnerability, and restoration. Each session weaves together evidence-based practices (such as , CBT-based tools, and expressive arts) with reflective discussions and journaling.
